WELFARE INDEX PMI
Welfare Index PMI is the index that gauges the level of benefits in Italian small and medium-sized enterprises. Welfare Index PMI is simply expressed as a number score with a maximum value of 100. The evaluation takes three factors into account: the extent and content of initiatives implemented for each of the 12 areas of company benefits, the way in which the company involves workers and manages its own benefit choices, the originality of initiatives and their distinctiveness on the Italian scene.
PREMIO IMPRESE RESPONSABILI 2019
Unioncamere Lombardia, in collaboration with the Lombardy Region, promotes the spread of good corporate social responsibility practices, highlighting virtuous conduct and publicizing concrete examples to encourage imitative CSR processes. Way2global was awarded in the following categories: Women-Led Companies, Work and Work-Life Balance, Market, Society, and Governance.
PREMIO IMPRENDITRICE DELL’ANNO 2020
In January 2020, to celebrate 10 years since its foundation, the DonnainAffari.it publication launched the “Donna in Affari 2020” competition to award the businesswoman of the year. Applications are open to all Italian businesswomen and/or legal representatives of companies with a female majority. The competition awards values such as the proportion of female employees, creativity, technological innovation and sustainability, in terms of positive impact on both the environment and society. In other words, the cornerstones of our company!
PREMIO FERTONANI
Organized by the Proper Transearch Group, the awards recognize companies that have excelled at using digital technology in their human resources management in Italy. The aim of the awards is to help promote awareness of how digital innovation can create value in the world of human resources. Way2Global won recognition for its Translator Engine Alliance (TEA) project, which uses the latest digital technology for social benefit.

PARITÀ VIRTUOSA – REGIONE LOMBARDIA
The Lombardy Region Equal Opportunities Council has founded an award for business and trade union associations, as well as single enterprises, that have implemented virtuous actions capable of effectively ensuring "virtuous equality" and a more beneficial work-life balance. The project rewarded Way2global and other companies whose actions and services have enhanced the performance of their employees in striking a beneficial work-life balance.

INSPIRING FIFTY
First founded in the Netherlands in 2013, Inspiring Fifty has since spread throughout Europe and has now arrived in Italy. The award received by Laura Gori (CEO of Way2global) is dedicated to women who have become a reference point, whose ideas and work have inspired young people in the world of technology. In Italy, where it is organised in collaboration with Microsoft, 50 women are awarded, including founders and chief-level managers of technological companies, opinion leaders, university professors and researchers, institutional representatives, all an inspiration to new generations and beyond.
GENIO & IMPRESA
“Genio e Impresa” is the initiative launched by Assolombarda to promote the Metropolitan City of Milan as a hotbed of innovation, ideas and skills: a cultural and creative production system, a veritable driving force of our economy. Out of 130 applicant enterprises, 30 stories of innovation were selected and awarded, all enabled by the convergence of enlightened genius and brave entrepreneurship. Way2global received the award thanks to the winning partnership of Laura, a courageous businesswoman and CEO of Way2global, and Claudio Negri — innovation manager.
EYE ON BUY
EyeOnBuy is a CORPORATE ETHICS REPUTATION portal: It verifies and evaluates companies based on their conduct and enables the orientation of consumers looking to make "virtuous" purchases. The platform is managed by an innovative start-up with a social calling, created specifically for design, creation and management of the corporate ethics reputation portal of the same name.
