WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files sent by the website to the data subject’s terminal (usually a browser), where they are stored in order to be retransmitted to the site upon the user’s next visit. A cookie cannot pull any other data from the user's hard drive, nor can it transmit computer viruses or hack a user’s email. Each cookie is unique to the user's web browser. Some cookies functions may be handled by other technology. “Cookie”, for purposes of this policy, shall mean both cookies and any technology akin thereto.
Through cookies, information on your preferences (pages visited, files downloaded from our site, etc.) are stored.
FIRST- OR THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

Data subject consent is required for profiling cookies. Under the terms of Order no. 229 (May 8, 2014), the user must be able to authorize or deny consent to the installation of any profiling cookies.
In terms of third-party cookies, this site has no direct control over those individual cookies and in fact cannot control them (it can neither directly install them, nor delete them). You can, however, manage these cookies through your browser settings (follow the instructions appearing infra), or the sites shown in “Managing Cookies” infra.
The User is therefore kindly invited to verify this directly on the third-party site identified below.
